The Oasis Family
Working as part of the Oasis family
With over 70% of our inspected Academies rated as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and sustained improvement happening across the board, there is no better time to join us on our journey transforming lives learning and communities.
When you join an Oasis Academy you are joining something much larger than a singular school; you are joining a partnership of Academies and a global movement. Born of the Oasis global charity, Oasis Community Learning was created with the vision of delivering Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community. Much like our global partners we adopt a holistic approach to the communities we work within to help them reach their potential.
We believe whole heartedly in the communities we serve, and whilst often these are seen as more disadvantaged, we believe passionately in their potential. Through the adoption of a Hub model, whereby our Academies are linked with community Hubs, we aim to serve not only the young minds who enter our classrooms but the families they live amongst.
The Oasis Ethos
Our ethos is reflected in everything we do, and we expect our employees and volunteers across all levels to champion and be ambassadors for this.
Inspired by the life, message and example of Jesus, we are committed to fostering:
A passion to include everyone
A desire to treat everyone equally, respecting differences
A commitment to healthy and open relationships
A deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed
A sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul
We are looking for people who are organised, hardworking, able to work well independently and with others, and are committed to making a difference to the lives of the young people and communities' we serve. Does this sound like you?
