Although school is closed, we still want you to have access to high-quality resources and ideas to promote mental health and well-being. 

 To help you and to provide online access to resources for every age, please take a look at the links below. They include websites, YouTube links and music for the whole family.

 

Relaxation and Mindfulness Activities

Go Noodle- Rainbow breath on YouTube- This is a lovely relaxing activity which the children really enjoy. The children learn to breathe correctly to help them relax. Why not try it with the whole family.

Go Noodle- Melting on YouTube- This is a lovely relaxing activity which the children really enjoy. The children learn to relax (melt) and this really helps children to feel calm. Why not try this with the whole family.

Bring It Down - Flow | GoNoodle- An activity to help you relax using the image of a balloon. This works really well if you close your eyes. Enjoy!

Relaxing music nature -YouTube-there is a huge range of relaxing music to listen to with beautiful scenery to look at or why not lie down, close your eyes and think about how you are breathing.
